SUBSTANCE: mobile traffic control system consists of a traffic light (1), a pole (post) (2) and a traffic light control device (7). The panel of the traffic light (1) is mounted on the post (2) on which there are lamps (3). Red colour prohibits pedestrian traffic and green colour allows pedestrian traffic. There is a button (3.1) for requesting crossing on the post (2). The post (2) is mounted on a housing (4) which can be made, for example, from concrete, i.e. is heavy. The entire structure can be easily dismantled and assembled or can be made without possibility of dismantling, for example with weld joints. The housing (4) accommodates accumulator batteries (6), a traffic light control device (7) and a source (8) for converting electrical energy (converter, rectifier). An electric generator (9) with a manual drive can also be mounted on the post (2).

EFFECT: safer movement of pedestrians and vehicles.
