SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drinks making. The device that realises the proposed method comprises a tube of milk supply, an air intake device, a tube of steam supply with excessive pressure and an emulsion chamber, in which milk and air sucked by means of steam with excessive pressure are mixed and emulsified. On the tube of steam supply there is a valve to connect the steam supply tube to environment and to clean the tube of milk supply.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase efficiency of milk leakage from tubes of the emulsifying device.
