FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to airplanes with intermittent braces and method of manufacturing of such airplanes, particularly, to force transmission system at reinforced rib and brace crossing points in the fuselage and to method of manufacturing of such system. Airplane fuselage includes braces (4) interrupted by reinforced ribs (5). Braces (4) feature Ω-type (omega-type) cross-section. Pads (15) are located between reinforced ribs (5) and panel (3) or cover (7). Pads (15) overlap ends (16) of brace parts (4) and connect two successive brace (4) parts (6). Reinforced ribs (5) rest against pads (15). Pads (15) ensure force transmission and are made of composite materials. Airplane manufacturing method involves a stage where pads (15) and cover (7) are made simultaneously. Second method of airplane manufacturing involves a stage where pads (15) and braces (4) are made simultaneously. Third method of airplane manufacturing involves a stage where pads (15) are made separately from cover (7) and braces (4) and then attached to braces (4) and cover (7).
EFFECT: efficient force transmission between two parts.
