FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method includes loosening with bands of the lower layer and milling of the upper layer of soil to a depth of more than 2…4 cm of depth of sowing crops along with creation of a compacted layer between them. Along with cultivation the local solid fertiliser is applied. Along with milling in the areas of local solid fertiliser application sowing of grass seed is carried out, as well as leveling the soil surface. After that, seeding of crops is carried out in the middle between the rows of areas of local solid fertiliser application and planting grass seed. Then the seeds are covered with soil and rolled. The device comprises loosening drum with driving teeth and a milling drum mounted with the possibility of free rotation and connected with each other by speed-increase gear. Between the drums and in the middle of row-spacing of the driving teeth cultivator shares with solid fertiliser guiders are mounted connected with a fertiliser box by solid fertiliser wires. The solid fertiliser guiders deliver solid fertiliser to areas located at a distance equal to one quarter the mounting width from the bearers of the cultivator share, between the shares. The milling drum has a protective shell equipped with the equaliser of the soil surface and a mount beam. Under the shell behind the milling drum and following the traces of solid fertiliser application seeds guiders for grass seed are located. The seeds guiders are connected with grain tubes with a box for grass seed. Each opener for planting crops is mounted between the rows of areas of local solid fertiliser application and sowing grass seed on the trailer of torsion spring. The springs are attached to the mount beam. The horizontal position of the trailer of the torsion spring with the opener corresponds to the force of the torsion spring required for penetration of the opener to the installed sowing depth. Penetration force of the opener and the installed depth of sowing is adjusted by turning the mount beam and changing the distance from the axis of torsion spring to the point of mounting of the opener. The device has furrow-closing hoes and a roller.

EFFECT: proposed technology and design concept enable to improve the quality of soil treatment and improve the development and growth of crops seeds.
