FIELD: gas and oil production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to device for reduction of viscosity of crude oil in flow. The device consists of one-chamber electrolyser with plastic-graphite electrodes and protective ionite membranes: cationite of anode and anionite of cathode, of cathode and anode gas chambers, of a buffer reservoir for source oil, of a gas holder for collection of produced gaseous products at electro-chemical treatment of crude oil, of a working electrolysis chamber, of a receiving buffer reservoir, and of a power unit for alternate asymmetrical current. The invention also refers to the procedure realised with the device.

EFFECT: high efficiency, simple manufacture and maintenance of used equipment at comparatively low material and financial expenditures.
