FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: adjustment method of liquid low-thrust rocket engine with two-component coaxial centrifugal injector and swirl chambers with tangential channels or screw, which consists in flow measurement of each of sprayed fuel components for sectors around the injector axis; in addition, ratio of fuel components for sectors is determined for all versions of angular position of inner injector relative to outer one, and then, inner injector is turned relative to outer one through the angle corresponding to minimum scatter of ratio of components. Component flow of inner injector with screw for sectors is measured with process swirl chamber; then, screw is installed in two-component coaxial centrifugal injector and it is turned through the selected angle.

EFFECT: improving manufacturing quality of two-component centrifugal injector and improving engine reliability.
