The server (402) of audio-visual data receives composition information (436) from the receiver (404) of audio-visual data via the network (416) relative to arrangement of user interface UI components (434), generated by the receiver (404) of audio-visual data, in response, the server (402) of audio-visual data may adjust positioning of graphics, information of control of audio-visual data and other components (410, 418, 420, 422) of UI for representation via the receiver (404) of audiovisual data so that components (410) of user interface (UI), generated by the server (402) of audio-visual data do not cross with UI (432), generated by the receiver (404) of audio-visual data, during visualisation on the display device (406).

EFFECT: increased functionality of the audio-visual data server in the home entertainment network for representation of user interfaces.
