FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Disclosed is an agent for increasing yield of grain, leguminous and vegetable crops, having fungicidal properties. Agent is a biologically active mixture of aliphatic and diterpene acids, sterines, diterpene alcohols and polyprenols with an admixture of mono- and sesquiterpene compounds. Agent is obtained from Abies sibirica fir through extraction of air-dried crushed green wood with tert-butylmethyl ether. The obtained extract is washed with aqueous solution of an alkaline agent. The organic layer containing neutral extractive substances is separated. These substances are concentrated by removing highly volatile compounds, including the extraction agent, via distillation and hydrodistillation at low pressure of 0.1-0.3 atm and temperature 50-80°C. Ester components undergo complete hydrolysis with a water-alcohol alkali, followed by acidification of the reaction mixture with 10% hydrochloric acid to pH 7. The aqueous layer formed is removed by decantation.

EFFECT: agent reduces vulnerability of crops to fungal diseases, stimulates their growth and yield by 12-116% on total yield and by 12-283 on early harvest.
