SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises drum-type shoe brakes of rear drive wheels and common braking drive including drive levers, rollers, braking cables, equaliser, tie rod, lever with pull-off spring, control cable, control lever with rack and latch. Every brake incorporates separated drive comprising control bell crank with return spring and ratchet-and-pawl fitted on horizontal axle, control cable, operating lever with return spring with its top end fitted on fixed axle between equaliser and rollers, cylindrical washers rigidly fixed on braking cable between rollers and on control cable ahead of lower end of control lever. Braking cable is passed through cylindrical horizontal opening in working lever lower part, while control cable is passed through cylindrical horizontal opening of control lever lower part.

EFFECT: possibility of using parking brake and anti-skid brake.
