SUBSTANCE: prior to and after treatment, menstrual blood is analysed for a glycodeline level. If the post-treatment glycodeline value is 11.12 ng/ml and more, the pathogenetic therapy is considered to be effective.
EFFECT: use of the method allows predicting reproductive dysfunctions in girls of the reproductive age that allows starting the timely pathogenetic therapy and estimating its effectiveness.
