SUBSTANCE: invention relates to individual protection equipment of persons working at the guarded object, for calling a mobile security group to prevent a terrorist act at the guarded object, as well as a lighthouse people finder in the area of ​​a terrorist act or a natural disaster, etc. The anti-terrorist belt contains an elastic belt with fasteners, with one end of the belt is equipped with the first fastener with an alarm device and the other end of the belt is equipped with the second fastener with a snap-lock. On the first fastener an alarm device is located, which includes a magnetically controlled contact, a battery, an alarm transmitter syntonised to a local emergency operations service, an alarm cell that responds to the position of the belt in space. The alarm cell consists of a V-shaped tube (or overlapping channel), at both ends of which contacts (plugs) are mounted in (or pasted in), isolated from the tube, and in the tube cavity a movable element (for example, a drop of mercury, or an electrically conductive ball) is placed. Furthermore, the second belt fastener contains a magnet and a lock fixing in the first fastener.

EFFECT: invention solves a technical problem of automatic switching-on of alarm (emergency) signaling in case of sudden death (fall) or a sudden loss of consciousness of a guard or members of the staff of the object (fall) with simultaneous time marking from the start of the event.
