FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrometallurgy, chemical, oil and food industries. Proposed extractor comprises housing with phase feed and discharge branch pipes alternating along the height of section of phase dispersers and distributors. Note here the phase distributors are made from annular, thin, concentric webs arranged along the column axis, or tapers webs of direct and reverse taper arranged next nearest. Said webs may be cylindrical with ends flanged for 25°- 45° toward the center and from the center. Note also that larger- and smaller-diameter annular channels with end clearance are formed between two adjacent taper or conical webs, the former intended for phase feed and the latter intended for phase discharge.
EFFECT: uniform distribution of phases and higher efficiency of mass exchange.
