FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: air heater housing contains flue tube with front device and holes for air supply to its cavity, heat exchanger enveloping the flue tube, made in the form of toroidal cylinder with closed end walls and located so that circular channels are formed between the housing and flue tube, interconnected with flue tube at its outlet and having the discharge connection pipe at its inlet; housing is equipped with inlet connection pipe that is interconnected with air supply source and heated air outlet connection pipe. Tubes with open faces protruding beyond the end walls of the heat exchanger are located inside (in the cavity) of heat exchanger in circumferential direction. Air heater can also be equipped with additional casing with discharge connection pipe and flue tube is connected with a screen.
EFFECT: creation of reliable and high-efficiency air heater providing low emission of toxic agents at stable and complete fuel combustion with possibility of heat flow control.
