SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machine building and can be used in devices for crop seeds harvesting by the method of combing standing crops. A comb of a combing device comprises teeth and has an expansion in the gap between adjacent teeth near their base. At the expansion edge there is at least one groove made. The groove makes it possible to increase the line of edge contact with the ear's base. When a plant with an ear gets into a groove, the ear base is covered with a moving edge, and grains are released from the ear or the ear is torn off the stem.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing completeness of ears combing.
