SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, to confectionary flour products. According to the first version the pie includes 5-7 pie shells produced of dough containing margarine with dairy butter and prime grade wheat flour, 5-7 layers of cream produced of whole condensed milk or caramelised condensed milk, sugar and vanilla at preset components ratio. According to the second version the pie includes 5-7 pie shells produced of dough containing margarine with dairy butter and prime grade wheat flour, 5-7 layers of cream produced of whole condensed milk or caramelised condensed milk with sugar and dairy butter or margarine at preset components ratio. According to the third version the pie includes 5-7 pie shells produced of dough containing margarine with dairy butter and prime grade wheat flour, 5-7 layers of cream produced of whole condensed milk or caramelised condensed milk with sugar and dairy butter or margarine and cocoa powder or chocolate at preset components ratio. In the said pie versions the dough may additionally contain sugar sand and vanilla at preset ratio. According to the fourth version the pie includes 5-7 pie shells produced of dough containing margarine with dairy butter and prime grade wheat flour, vodka or potable alcohol or cognac or liqueur or sour cream, 5-7 layers of cream produced of whole condensed milk or caramelised condensed milk with sugar and vanilla at preset components ratio. According to the fifth version the pie includes 5-7 pie shells produced of dough containing margarine with dairy butter and prime grade wheat flour, vodka or potable alcohol or cognac or liqueur or sour cream, 5-7 layers of cream produced of whole condensed milk or caramelised condensed milk with sugar and dairy butter or margarine at preset components ratio. According to the sixth version the pie includes 5-7 pie shells produced of dough containing margarine with dairy butter and prime grade wheat flour, vodka or potable alcohol or cognac or liqueur or sour cream, 5-7 layers of cream produced of whole condensed milk or caramelised condensed milk with sugar and dairy butter or margarine and cocoa powder or chocolate at preset components ratio.

EFFECT: invention ensures production of puffy dough without eggs, baking powders and preserving agents, reduces the cost and duration of production during preparation of a pie with a soft crumbly structure, extends the pie storage life without consumer properties modification.
