SUBSTANCE: proposed machine consists of basis tractor 1 with base 2 articulated with tractor body to turn in vertical plane, boom 3 articulated with rotary platform to turn in vertical plane. Boom 3 comprises grapple-type gripper. Said grapple is mounted at transverse beam center, said beam being articulated on ends of side arms of H-like boom and coupled with grapple vertical turn drive. Angles of grapple vertical and horizontal turn angles make α-180°…200° and β=270°…290°, respectively. Grapple turn hydraulic cylinders are communicated with hydraulic control valves set in "floating" position.
