FIELD: production of non-smoking mixtures.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the production method of non-smoking nicotine-containing products of water naswar type. The method stipulates preparation of the compound components, extraction of the cacao bean shell with fluid carbon dioxide with separation of the corresponding miscella. Cutting and drying of the shag tobacco and the yacon are performed in the microwave field with the constrained parameters of the process, their mixing, saturation with the separated miscella with simultaneous pressure increase are made. The pressure is released up to the atmospheric level with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, the carbon dioxide is sublimed and removed with simultaneous bulbing of the mixture, cherry plum juice concentrate, sugar juice, calcium and/or magnesium citrate is added to it, and the obtained mixture is shaped resulting in the target product.
EFFECT: invention provides extraction of a non-smoking nicotine-containing product from shag tobacco that is characterized by the improved organoleptic features and prolonged storage life, reducing at the same time losses of flavouring substances and nicotine of the raw material.
