FIELD: production of non-smoking nicotine-containing products.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the production method of non-smoking nicotine-containing products of water naswar type. The method of extraction of a non-smoking product from shag tobacco stipulating preparation of compound components, extraction of the Chinese magnolia vine with fluid carbon dioxide with separation of the corresponding miscella, cutting of the shag tobacco and the chicory, their drying in the microwave field until the residual moisture reaches the level of 20 % with the microwave power that ensures heating of the raw material up to the temperature of 80-90°C inside the pieces for at least 1 hour, their mixing, saturation with the separated miscella with the extract content of 0.03% from the mixture weight, release of the pressure up to the atmospheric level with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, subliming and removing of carbon dioxide with simultaneous bulbing of the mixture, addition of mango juice concentrate, sugar juice, calcium citrate and/or magnesium and water to it and shaping of the obtained mixture. The mixture is prepared with the following mixing ratio depending on the weight within the accuracy of ± 2%: shag tobacco - 400; chicory - 300; mango juice concentrate in terms of 70 % content of dry substances - 90; sugar juice in terms of 70 % concentration - 90; calcium and/or magnesium citrate - 70; water - no more than 1000.
EFFECT: extraction of a new non-smoking nicotine-containing product from shag tobacco that is characterized by the improved organoleptic features and prolonged storage life, reducing at the same time losses of flavouring substances and nicotine of the raw material.
