FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: this method covers production of non-smoking nicotine-containing products, and includes preparation of formulation components, extraction of vanilla grass by liquid carbon dioxide with separation of corresponding miscella; cut and drying of wild tobacco and licorice root in a microwave field at specified process parameters, their mix, saturation with separated miscella with simultaneous pressure rise, and further pressure relief to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the mix, its distillation and elimination of carbon dioxide with simultaneous bulbing of the mix. Then sugar syrup, calcium citrate and/or magnesium and water are added to the mix, and it is further formed. After, the end product is ready.
EFFECT: new non-smoking nicotine-containing product from wild tobacco with enhanced organoleptic characteristics and prolonged shelf life with reduction of flavours and nicotine losses in raw material.
