SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the production method of non-smoking nicotine-containing products of water naswar type. The method includes preparation of recipe components in accordance with traditional technology. The estragon is extracted with fluid carbon dioxide with separation of the corresponding miscella. Cutting and drying of the shag tobacco and the licorice root in the microwave field with the constrained parameters of the process. Their mixing, saturation with the separated miscella with simultaneous pressure increase. The pressure is released up to the atmospheric level with simultaneous freezing of the mixture. Subliming is performed and the carbon dioxide is removed with simultaneous bulbing of the mixture. Grape juice, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate, and water are added to the mixture, and the target product mixture is formed.
EFFECT: invention ensures extraction of a non-smoking nicotine-containing product from shag tobacco that is characterized by the improved organoleptic features and prolonged storage life, reducing at the same time losses of flavouring substances and nicotine of the raw material.
