SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hematology and cardiology in particular, and relates to the normalization of erythrocyte aggregation in case of hypertension with glucose tolerance disturbance. For this purpose the complex treatment is applied, including dose static and dynamic exercise, consisting of a combination of morning hygienic gymnastics, therapeutic and preventive exercises and fractions of exercise throughout the day. As well it stipulates receiving lisinopril 10 mg once a day at 6:00 am for 4 months.

EFFECT: Such a set of non-pharmacological and pharmacological therapy in combination with empirically chosen period of treatment provides a complete normalization of erythrocyte aggregation, which in turn improves the rheological properties of blood and reduce the risk of thrombotic complications in this group of patients.
