FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to medicine and pharmaceutics, in particular, to creation of pharmaceutical composition in the form of suspension to prevent and treat disorders of physiological and reparative regeneration of musculoskeletal system - bone tissue and articular cartilages, in particular, to treat osteoporosis. The said pharmaceutical composition includes dimephosphon (dimethyloxobuthylphosphonilmethylate), calcium carbonate in the form of “Micellate of calcium carbonate and magnesium”, a polysaccharide sodium salt - sodium hyaluronate - and water with a certain ratio of the components. Offered pharmaceutical compositions have specific pharmacological expressed effect, showing reparative and regeneration effect on animal bone tissue, they do not express toxic effect with various doses and routes of experimental animals. The compositions have no irritant effect, sensibilizing action was not expressed.
EFFECT: the compositions can be used to prevent and to physiological and reparative regeneration of musculoskeletal system, suitable for treatment of patients additionally suffering from diabetes mellitus.
