FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises motors 6, 7 of lifting and pulling winches, sensors 8, 9 of lifting and pulling ropes tension, a pulling rope tension controller 11, to inputs of which the outputs of the pulling rope tension sensor 9 and this rope tension setter 10 are connected, a unit 12 for extraction of a pull drive control signal, one of inputs of which is connected to the output of the pulling rope tension controller, the other one - with the output of the pulling winch speed setter 13, and also a unit 16 of pulling winch speed control. Also the device is equipped with two serially connected units 14, 15 for limitation of pulling winch speed, the control input of the first one of which is connected to the output of the pulling rope tension sensor, and the control input of the second one - to the output of the lifting rope tension sensor, besides, the output of the unit for extraction of the pull drive control signal is connected to the input of the first unit for limitation of the pulling winch speed, and the output of the second unit for limitation of speed - to the input of the unit 16 for pulling winch speed control.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce dynamic loads that occur in the operating equipment, the electric drive and the pulling winch mechanism of the excavator dragline, to increase their reliability and durability.
