SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a detecting element, a torque sensor, an angle sensor whose output is connected to an amplifier input, a local positive feedback with a positive feedback phase detector, first and second differentiators and a voltage-to-current converter, a local negative feedback with a voltage-to-current converter and a local negative feedback phase detector, a reference voltage generator, as well as two adders, a negative feedback from the output of a second adder to the input of the torque sensor through an integrator, and differentiators in the forward path.
EFFECT: use of first- and second-order differentiators in the positive feedback, differentiators in the forward path and an integrating feedback widens the bandwidth and increases measurement accuracy owing to absence of offset.
