FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: harmonic filter of a short-wave transmitter comprises N channels, every of which includes a frequency-division device (FDD), and also an input and output three-contact switches, in every of which one of fixed contacts is connected with the common bus and is normally closed with the movable contact, connected to the input or output of the FDD accordingly. Each FDD comprises a low pass filter (LPF) and a high pass filter (HPF), inputs of which are connected and form the FDD input, and the HPF output is connected to the ballast resistance. In each FDD there is an additional LPF and an additional HPF, at the same time the output of the additional LPF is connected to the input of the additional HPF and forms the output of the FDD, and the output of the additional HPF is connected to the additional ballast resistance, besides, the output of the main LPF is connected to the input of the additional LPF.

EFFECT: provision of input and output matching in the entire working range of frequencies and at frequencies of harmonic components of a transmitted signal with simultaneous reduction of harmonic level.
