SUBSTANCE: device represents elongated conducting loop (10, 15, 20) having the possibility of supplying the electric power to high-frequency generator at the specified deposit depth. At that, inductance value of conducting loop (10, 15, 20) is compensated in individual sections respectively, or continuously. Preferably, one of conductors (10, 15) of conducting loop (10, 15, 20) can be located mainly vertically above transportation pipe (102). Simulation has shown that the extraction installation can be operated only with inductive heating device (the so called EMGD method).
EFFECT: reducing the viscosity of bitumen or extra-heavy oil.
