SUBSTANCE: invention concerns veterinary science. An agent which is introduced in a beak for treating hypothermia contains Gelseminum, Calcarea carbonica, Acidum phosphorica, Ferrum phosphorica, Gentiana in the following homeopathic dilution in equal proportions: Gelseminum 6 1; Gelseminum 30 1; Gelseminum 200 1; Calcarea carbonica 30 1; Acidum phosphorica 30 1; Acidum phosphorica 200 1; Ferrum phosphorica 6 1; Gentiana 6 1. A method of treating hypothermia and convulsions of various ethiology in poultry consists in the fact that said agent is introduced in a beak (on a mucosa) every 15-30 minutes for treating intermediate and deep hypothermia; and slight hypothermia requires 4-8 introductions a day from a drinking bowl.
EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness and no side effects.
