FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: design of an automated wind-driven plant with stepped loading comprises a rotary platform installed on a fixed base with a wind-powered engine installed on it, generators joined by driving shafts with the wind-powered engine. The system of stepped loading and orientation to wind and an electric drive of the rotary platform drive are installed on the fixed base. A collector fixed on the rotary platform is joined via a current collector to a load, and the system of stepped loading, speed and wind direction sensors are electrically connected to a reverse switch. The wind-powered engine is made in the form of a turbine and is installed in the discharge part of a lengthy pyramidal jacket fixed on the fixed base with a central axis joined via sprockets by driving chains to the electric drive, and with vertical stands, which are fixed on the guide rail by rollers with double girth. In the intake part of the pyramidal jacket there is a gate valve with an electrical drive. At the distance from the intake part there are shields installed to guide air flow. Inside the discharge part on the turbine shaft installed in bearings there are cones fixed in the ends. One end of the turbine shaft is mechanically connected to the generators via overrunning clutches. The electric drive is equipped with a mechanism for manual displacement of the platform.
EFFECT: wind-driven plant is simple to manufacture and maintain, provides for higher reliability and efficiency.
