SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to build systems of extraction of coordinate and time information, the principle of operation of which is based on detection of a time shift between the received signals. The metre realises the method to detect a correlated function with paired non-correlated samples and comprises an input analog multiplexer, an analog-to-digital converter, a register, a decoder, a multiplier, a group of accumulating summators, a unit of extremum finding and a control unit.

EFFECT: hardware simplification in a correlated metre.
