FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-smoking nicotine-containing products production technology. Recipe components are prepared; clary is extracted with liquid carbon dioxide to separate according miscella. Rustic tobacco and dandelion roots are cut, dried in microwave field at specified parameters of the process, mixed, impregnated with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure. One performs depressurisation to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, subliming and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the mixture, then one adds sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water to the mixture. The produced mixture is moulded to produce the target product.
EFFECT: method allows to produce a non-smoking nicotine-containing rustic tobacco product with improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine.
