SUBSTANCE: device for playing with balls comprises: a housing (1), an original container (2), mounted at the top of the housing to contain the balls (4), of at least two colors; receiving containers (6) mounted on the housing below the original container, the number of which equals the number of colors of balls; the receiving hole made in the lower part of the original container so that only one ball can pass through it; inlets, which number is equal to the number of receiving containers, made in the upper part of each of the receiving containers so that only one ball can pass through each of the inlets; receiving and dispensing mechanism with a movable element made with an ability to provide a passage for one of the balls, placed in the receiving container, in one or other receiving container through the receiving hole and one of the inlets through manipulations of the player. The device is made portable with the ability to be held in the hand of the player. The movable element of the receiving and dispensing mechanism is designed as a mobile flap (3), mounted at the bottom of the original container, and the receiving hole is made in the mobile flap.

EFFECT: invention provides a simplified design and reduced size of the device.
