SUBSTANCE: device includes analogue-to-digital converter, phase synchronisation unit including phase discriminator of noise-like signals with minimum frequency manipulation, loop filter, synthesiser of carrier frequency counts and control unit of noise bandwidth of the device with loop filter, as well as code synchronisation unit including coherent time discriminator of noise-like signals with minimum frequency manipulation, loop filter, controlled clock frequency generator, code generator, decoder and synthesiser of counts of reference quadrature signals.
EFFECT: reducing the setting time of phase synchronisation of noise-like signal receivers with minimum frequency manipulation.
