FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of natural or chemical substances. Proposed device comprises column, layers of adsorbent separated by plates with integral system of fluid distribution and extraction, in particular, mix F, desorbent D, raffinate R and extract E, as well as multiple two-way gate valves for distribution of said fluids. The number of said gate valves is limited, their diameter being smaller than that in prior art. Said column is divided into multiple sections with two plates arranged one above the other. Note here that every said section comprises main outside discharge line communicated with every plate of the section by means of plate gate valve of larger diameter and secondary outside discharge line with smaller-diameter gate valve communicated with adjacent sector. Every line incorporates flow rate limiter and is communicated with every circuit of fluids F, D, R, E via one large-diameter gate valve for feed or discharge of appropriate said fluid F, D, R, E.
