SUBSTANCE: device contains analog part of sigma-delta ADC unit including sigma-delta modulator and Manchester II coder unit, digital part of sigma-delta ADC unit including Manchester II decoder unit and two isolating condensers.
EFFECT: higher interference resistance in the process of analog signal conversion into digital signal due to introducing isolating condensers, Manchester II coder and Manchester II decoder into signal circuits connecting analog and digital parts of classic sigma-delta ADC.
