FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to pollination of plants growing in open ground. The method of supplementary pollination of plants is carried out at the end of the period of availability of nectar for insects and includes movement of a leaf on the surface of the flowering plant. The supplementary pollination is carried using a net made of resisting synthetic material with a mesh size of 15-50% the diameter of the flowers of the plant. The net is moved on the surface of flowering plants with multiple, according to the number of meshes per the width of the net, consistent impact of the net filaments on the flowers. In addition, the consistent impact of at least one row of fringe made for the entire length of the net is carried out.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and productivity of artificial pollination of plants.
