FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to gas-fluid processing hardware, namely, to gas-fluid reactors with ascending unidirectional phase flows, and may be used for commercial production of carbamide. Proposed reactor comprises vertical housing with branch pipes to feed reagents and discharge reaction products, and mixer arranged at housing bottom and communicated with reagent feed branch pipes. It is provided with axial discharge branch pipe directed toward reactor bottom and diffuser. In compliance with first version, mixer comprises coaxial tube and swirling chamber with tangential inlet branch pipe communicated with first reagent feed branch pipe. Aforesaid coaxial tube is fitted into swirling chamber cylindrical case. Coaxial tube top end is communicated with second reagent feed branch pipe. In compliance with second version, said mixer comprises, at least, two connected coaxial swirling chambers with tangential inlet branch pipes communicated with reagent feed branch pipes and axial discharge branch pipe directed toward reactor bottom. In both versions, axis of, at least, one tangential feed branch pipe is inclined to horizon toward branch pipe outlet.
EFFECT: increased intensity of dispersion, uniform distribution of reagents in two-phase flow.
