FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: in the invention, the primary weight converter is in form of a strain-gauge-type measuring unit mounted under bearing surfaces of a vacuum chamber, connected to a secondary weight converter and a power supply with an adapter, wherein inductance of the communication line between the strain sensors and the secondary converter is not more than 0.6 mH, capacitance 3.0 mcF, and the value of output dc voltage for powering the weight-measuring sensors ranges from 4.75 to 5.25 V, with possibility of remote transmission of readings to a central panel and possibility of displaying the current weight on a computer display, as well as with possibility of controlling batching, digital inputs and outputs and control of external devices. An additional intermediate panel is mounted between the weighing device and the central panel, where said intermediate panel is fitted with a portable duplicate panel having a remote infrared control panel, with possibility of remote zero setting and setting weighing modes.

EFFECT: high safety, information content and maintenance of high measurement accuracy for monitoring rate of discharge of viscous mass.
