SUBSTANCE: regulator includes series-connected first constant signal source, third adder, first object model, the second input of which is connected to the output of a fourth low-pass filter, and the output to the second input of a second adder; the output of the fourth low-pass filter is connected through a fourth comparator, a first scaling unit, a third adder, a third delay unit, a second object model to the second input of a second comparator; the output of a second constant signal source is connected to the second input of the fourth comparator, the output of which is connected through a second scaling unit and the fourth adder to the first input of a limiter; the output of a third constant signal source is connected to the second input of the fourth adder; the output of the fourth low-pass filter is connected through a fourth delay unit to the second input of the second object model; the output of the third delay unit is connected to the second input of an reverse object model; the output of the second adder is connected through the limiter to the input of a first actuating unit and the second input of the third comparator, the output of which is connected through a fourth object model and a second extrapolator to the input of a second actuating unit; the output of the first delay unit is connected to the second input of the first adder; the output of the second delay unit is connected through the third object model and a fifth adder to the second input of the first delay unit; the second input of the fifth adder is connected to the input of the regulator; the second input of the fourth object model is connected to the output of the third adder.
