FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely oncology and may be used in treating spinal tumours. A method involves vertebroplasty with puncture of an involved spine and introduction of single doses of cytostatics incubated with autoplasma for 1 hour at temperature 37°C and introduction of bone cement.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables higher clinical effectiveness ensured by local cytotoxic effect of the tumour, prevented destruction of the vertebral body and compression of the spinal cord, lower chemotherapeutic toxicity.
