PREPARATION, CONTAINING BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE INGREDIENTS Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61K39/00 B82B3/00

Abstract RU 2448730 C2

FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, namely to highly dispersive preparations, which contain biologically active ingredients in solid phase. Preparation is characterised by the fact that it represents disperse system with liquid disperse phase in microdrop state, stabilizes by dry highly dispersive inert hydrophobic separator, which represents silicon dioxide with nanosize particles. Disperse system contains active substance in efficient amount, is dried by mixing with filler-sorbent to solid disperse phase with the following component ratio in system, wt %: solid disperse phase 0.5-5.0; dry highly dispersive separator 1.0-13.5; filler-sorbent - the remaining part to 100.

EFFECT: preparation possesses higher dispersion, ensures increase of active substance preservation in storage due to stabilisation of highly disperse solid phase.
