Clamping element 6 has no threaded or riveted jointed and is designed to stay at distance from frame 4 defined by thickness of sad gas bag protective film 2a. Clamping element 6 is locked at distance from frame 4, passed through hole in case 1 to extend beyond frame 4. In compliance with second version, frame is secured to case by several clamps. Case 1 consists of two parts, each being provided with several clamps 6. Clamping elements 6 represent ledges of case parts. With case 1 in closed position, gas bag frame 4 is pressed between case 1 and its ledges 20.
