FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: high-temperature turbine rotor consists of turbine disc connected to shaft by means of flange connection. Shaft consists of radial flanges of disc and shaft, which are connected by means of threaded connection, as well as annular elastic connecting strap between disc hub and disc flange. Connecting strap is conical and is directed from hub to axis of rotor. In disc flange on the side of shaft flange there made are C-slots attaching air cavities on inner and outer sides from connecting strap. Ratio of diameter of inner surface of connecting strap at its connection point to disc hub to diameter of outer surface of connecting strap at its connection point to disc flange is 0.9…1.5.

EFFECT: invention allows improving high-temperature turbine rotor reliability by decreasing the stresses in flange connection of disc to turbine shaft.
