FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: coupling includes coaxially installed first drive and second driven semi-couplings 1, 2. Semi-coupling 1 is made in the form of screw-shaped shaft 6. Semi-couplings 1 and 2 are connected by means of slide 7 connected to the first semi-coupling 1 by means of screw connection and to the second one 2 at least by means of one movable spring-loaded limit stop 8 installed in slide 7. Semi-couplings 1 and 2 are arranged in housing 3. Semi-coupling 2 represents cylindrical shell 9 having at least one slot 11. Movable stop 8 is engaged with slot 11 and represents for example rectangular parallelepiped. In housing 3 between its inner surface and cylindrical surface of semi-coupling 2 there installed is the second cylindrical shell 20 connected to housing 3 through safety device 24 and having at least one longitudinal slot 21. Slots 11 and 21 in cylindrical shell 9 of semi-coupling 2 and in shell 20 are made at an angle to each other. Movable limit stop 8 can be engaged with slot 21 of shell 20.
EFFECT: higher reliability of drive of submersible electric pump and larger functional capabilities of coupling.
