SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuselage inner space, in particular, that of tail cone. Aircraft fuselage 1 comprises upper sealed air conditioned zone 11 and lower sealed zone 12. Said upper sealed zone 11 accommodates passenger cabin 2. Said lower zone 2 makes luggage compartment 3. Upper sealed zone 11 extends into tail cone 4 to make sealed chamber 40 to reach strong crosswise partition 41 arranged directly ahead of auxiliary power plant 16. Sealed chamber 40 forms compartment to extend over fuselage larger section 13 covered by keel 14. Sealed chamber 40 is used as crew restroom and incorporates cabin, bedroom (rest module 5) and sanitary equipment. Rest module 5 features parallelepiped shape and is fitted into openings 44 of jointed rectangular shape. Said openings are made in two fuselage frames 25 in tail cone 4.

EFFECT: optimum use of tail cone inner space.
