SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of silicates and ceramic mixtures used in the production of ornamental facing tiles and wall panels. The ceramic mixture contains clay, quartzite, pegmatite, sodium tripolyphosphate, sawdust and scap glass, with the following ratio of components, wt %: clay - 56.7-59.8; quartzite - 20-25; pegmatite - 10-12; sodium tripolyphosphate - 0.1-0.15; sawdust - 0.1-0.15, scrap glass - 6-10.
EFFECT: high strength of articles.
