FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: design of four-stroke conrod-free internal combustion engine running on pulverised fuel comprises sleeves, a combustion chamber, a hopper, a mill, and a separator. The suction chamber of a recirculating pump is connected to a hydraulic valve unit via pipework, and the unit is connected with working fluid in the tank via a fluid receiver. The first section of the hydraulic valve unit uses piping to connect to a hydraulic heat exchanger and the suction chamber of the recirculating pump. The second section of the hydraulic valve unit is connected by means of a suction chamber of the recirculating pump; the third and fourth sections of the pneumatic valve unit use piping to connect to Ranque pipe via a thermal valve. The third section is connected to a pneumatic heat exchanger, a hydraulic pneumatic cylinder cooling jacket, a pneumatic hydraulic receiver cooling jacket, a hydraulic turbine cooling jacket and the suction chamber of the compressor air cleaner. The fourth section of the pneumatic unit is connected to the suction chamber of the compressor air cleaner via the thermal valve of Ranque pipe.
EFFECT: invention can reduce heating rate of the hydraulic turbine rotating PTO shaft of the internal combustion engine.
