SUBSTANCE: device comprises a unit of weighted addition, an antenna array, a unit to generate weight coefficients, a unit to fix weight coefficients, a unit to estimate spatial parameters with the first and second input mount buses, and a unit of time-frequency processing.

EFFECT: invention provides for simultaneous reception of signals of all specified sources of radio emissions with pseudorandom tuning of working frequency with simultaneous increase of quality of their reception due to higher probability of right selection of an input flow of signals by means of accounting of their spatial parameters.
