SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for pelletising carbon-containing and other polydisperse loose materials to be used in metallurgy, etc. Proposed extruder comprises vertical loading distribution bin and driven rollers with shaping cells made up of half-dies. Distribution bin is equipped with screw feeder 4. Screw 6 is arranged at bin bottom, sideways and inclined nearby rollers. Screw axis is directed toward roll pellet mix grip zone. Said screw compact pellet mix to move in between rollers. Base material is fed by appliances in particular amount per number of rollers. Said appliances are rigidly fixed at extruder bed to allow gripping base material by extruding cells.Pellets are provided with shell made from base material.
