SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to method of filling large-volume vessels with, in particular, carbonated beverage and to device to this end. In compliance with proposed method carbonated beverage is fed at preset rate. Actual flow rate is selected depending upon one measured parameter or several measured parameters combined with magnitudes of flow rate belonging to magnitudes of parameters of, at least, one previous filling.
