SUBSTANCE: formula components are prepared, cut. Bulb onions are sauted and cut, sunflower flour is poured with bone broth and maintained for swelling. One mixes the listed components with tomato puree, bone broth, sugar, salt, hot black pepper and laurel leaf, one proceeds with cooking, addition of acetic acid, packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
